This tutu is made with light pink and brown tulle. Please note, ribbon colors on the tutus change. You may not get the exact ribbon you see on the website. Every tutu comes with a coordinating ribbon.These tutus are roughly 17 inches in the waist, made with elastic bands. They are roughly 6 inches in length.
