This adorable dress has elastic around the chest. A hdot pink daisy has been pinned on the front to match the border, and grosgain ribbon is used for ties. The ribbons have been treated so they will not fray when washed. The floral pin can be removed and dress can be machine washed on cold and tumble dry on low.
